How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address that you have provided. This email will contain all the relevant tracking information for you to monitor the progress of your parcel.

How can I make changes to my order?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct when the order is placed.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, our team will be happy to assist you. Once your order has been dispatched, making changes becomes more difficult.

Returns/Exchange

Does SouthCentralCountryClub.com accept returns?

Since each item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’ve got you!

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

No, we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.
